Since 1979, Palm Harbor Marina has been owned by Leisure Resorts, LLC, an affiliate of Chase Enterprises, a multi-faceted investment firm. Since the early 1990s, Chase Enterprises has been working with City and State agencies to develop and permit the new Palm Harbor Marina. This family dream of a new world-class marina has become a reality.
